摘要
目的:评价多学科融合模式在医院感染管理中的应用效果。方法:选取徐州市铜山区人民医院的10 548例住院患者作为研究对象,其中多学科融合的医院感染管理创新模式实施前(2024年第一季度)的患者作为对照组(5 372例),实施后同期(2025年第一季度)的患者为观察组(5 176例)。对照组采用传统医院感染管理模式,观察组采用多学科融合的医院感染管理创新模式。比较两组临床相关工作人员手卫生依从率、抗菌药物使用前病原学送检率、医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率、两个或以上重点药物联合使用前病原学送检率,以及多重耐药菌医院感染发生率和医院感染发生率。结果:观察组临床相关工作人员手卫生依从率、抗菌药物使用前病原学送检率、医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率、联合使用前病原学送检率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的多重耐药菌医院感染发生率、医院感染发生率皆低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:多学科融合的医院感染管理创新模式可提高临床相关人员手卫生依从性、抗菌药物使用前病原学送检率、医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率及联合使用前病原学送检率,并降低多重耐药菌医院感染发生率及医院感染发生率。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of multi-disciplinary integration mode in hospital infection management.Method:A total of 10,548 inpatients from the Tongshan District People’s Hospital of Xuzhou were selected as the research subjects.The patients before the implementation of the multi-disciplinary integration model for hospital infection management innovation(first quarter of 2024)were assigned to the control group(5,372 cases),while the patients after implementation during the same period(first quarter of 2025)were selected as the observation group(5,176 cases).The control group adopted the traditional hospital infection management model,while the observation group adopted the multi-disciplinary integration model for hospital infection management innovation.To compare the hand hygiene compliance rate of clinical staff,pathogen testing rate before antibiotic use,pathogen testing rate related to hospital infection diagnosis,pathogen testing rate before combination use of two or more key drugs,as well as the incidence of hospital infections caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria and incidence of hospital acquired infections.Results:The hand hygiene compliance rate of clinical staff,pathogen testing rate before the use of antibiotics,pathogen testing rate related to hospital infection diagnosis and pathogen testing rate before combination use of drugs were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital infections caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria and incidence of hospital acquired infections were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with highly statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion:The multi-disciplinary integration model for hospital infection management innovation can improve the hand hygiene compliance of clinical staff and pathogen testing rate before the use of antibiotics,pathogen testing rate related to hospital infection diagnosis and pathogen testing rate before combination use of drug,and reduce the incidence of hospital infections caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria and incidence of hospital acquired infections.
