摘要
针对化工园区气体工艺参数随机变化的监测难题,构建基于多传感器融合的在线监测系统,实现二氧化硫、硫化氢、氨气等工艺气体的实时监测。系统采用高精度固态聚合物传感器阵列,结合低功耗微控制器与无线网络,形成分布式监测网络。在某化工园区部署950个传感设备,监测135个工艺参数,结果显示检测精度达0.01×10^(-6),响应时间小于6 s,数据传输成功率超99.2%,为化工工艺过程优化与反应效率提升提供技术支撑。
Aiming at the monitoring challenges of random variations in gas process parameters in chemical industrial parks,an online monitoring system based on multi-sensor fusion is constructed to achieve real-time monitoring of process gases such as sulfur dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,and ammonia.The system adopts a high-precision solid-state polymer sensor array,combined with low-power microcontrollers and wireless networks,to form a distributed monitoring network.950 sensing devices were deployed in a certain chemical industrial park to monitor 135 process parameters.The results showed that the detection accuracy reached 0.01×10^(-6),the response time was less than 6 seconds,and the data transmission success rate exceeded 99.2%,providing technical support for chemical process optimization and reaction efficiency improvement.
