摘要
为解决气体层流流量计在不同性质气体使用和标定中存在的换算问题,以及流量与差压的非线性关系,建立了适用于各种气体的层流流量计流量计算数学模型,提出层流流量计的流量计算不仅与气体的粘度有关,同时与气体的密度有关,引入双流量系数及标定方法。通过试验和比对验证,表明流量计的非线性误差减小,同一台流量计对不同气体有显著的通用性。
In order to solve the conversion problems, which exist in the different nature gases in the use and calibration by laminar gas flow meter, and the non-linear relationship between flow and pressure, the mathematical model of laminar gas flow meter was established for a variety of gas. Then the flow of laminar flow meter not only related with the viscosity of gases, but also the density of the gas. At last, dual-flow coefficient and calibration method were introduced. After testing and verification, the results show that the non-linear error of the flow meter reduces, and the same flow meter has the same function for different gases.
