摘要
随着北京冬奥会、哈尔滨亚冬会等国际赛事的成功举办,冰雪经济已成为我国经济高质量发展的新增长点,但其发展仍处于起步阶段,面临产业链不完善、区域发展失衡等现实挑战。基于我国冰雪经济发展实际,根据2025年春节冰雪旅游客流量、全国区域滑雪场分布等相关数据,运用SWOT系统分析方法,从优势、不足、机会、威胁4个维度对冰雪经济发展环境进行综合研判,并聚焦全产业链构建、人才队伍建设、国际文化合作等核心领域探索优化实践路径。研究结果表明:我国冰雪经济具备资源禀赋、政策支持、技术赋能等显著优势,但同时存在基础设施薄弱、专业人才短缺、同质化竞争等突出问题,而消费升级与区域协同则为其提供了重要发展机遇;通过完善产业链、强化人才支撑、深化国际合作,可有效破解发展瓶颈。研究为推动冰雪经济实现生态与经济“双赢”、促进区域协调发展提供了针对性的实践参考,也为冰雪经济高质量发展的理论研究提供了支撑。
With the successful hosting of international events such as the Beijing Winter Olympics and the Harbin Asian Winter Games,the ice and snow economy has become a new growth point for China's high-quality economic development.However,its development is still in its infancy and faces practical challenges such as an incomplete industrial chain and unbalanced regional development.Based on the practice of China's ice and snow economic development,and using relevant data such as the number of tourists during the 2025 Spring Festival ice and snow tourism and the distribution of ski resorts across the country,the SWOT systematic analysis method is employed to comprehensively assess the development environment of the ice and snow economy from four dimensions:strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.The research focuses on core areas such as the construction of the entire industrial chain,the building of a talent team,and international cultural cooperation to explore optimized practical paths.The research results show that China's ice and snow economy has significant advantages such as resource endowment,policy support,and technological empowerment,but it also faces prominent problems such as weak infrastructure,shortage of professional talents,and homogenized competition.Meanwhile,consumption upgrade and regional coordination provide important development opportunities.By improving the industrial chain,strengthening talent support,and deepening international cooperation,the development bottlenecks can be effectively resolved.The research provides targeted practical references for promoting the"win-win"of the ice and snow economy in terms of ecology and economy and promoting regional coordinated development,and also offers support for theoretical research on the high-quality development of the ice and snow economy.
