摘要
冰雪运动作为我国体育事业的重要组成部分,需顺应中国式现代化战略指引实现高质量发展。本研究采用质性研究的半结构式访谈法,深入剖析中国式现代化视域下冰雪运动高质量发展的理论内涵、目标导向和现实样态,并提出纾困之策,旨在激发冰雪经济活力。研究认为,中国式现代化视域下冰雪运动高质量发展的目标导向主要包括:推动冰雪运动走进基层,确保发展惠及人民;完善冰雪运动产业链,推动冰雪经济高质量发展;秉承物质文明与精神文明的价值意蕴,协调“两个文明”和谐共生;立足绿色发展理念,探索“体育+环保”模式实践;植根中国传统文化,传递和平理念。现实样态:群众性冰雪运动参与欠缺,“冰雪+”产业跨界融合活力不足,物质文明与精神文明协调受阻,雪场生态可持续发展遭遇瓶颈,文化内涵认知不足。据此提出纾困之策:激发群众内生动力,共享冰雪时代成果;培育冰雪产业底蕴,创新融合发展理念;坚持“两个文明”两手抓,促进冰雪运动物质文明与精神文明和谐共生;突破生态制约,推进绿色冰雪建设;以文化自信为依托,提升群众对中国特色冰雪运动文化内涵的认知。
As an integral component of China's sports industry,ice and snow sports must align with the strategic guidance of Chinese modernization to achieve high-quality development.This study employs semi-structured interviews in qualitative research to conduct an in-depth analysis of the theoretical connotations,goal orientation and current status of the high-quality development of ice and snow sports in the perspective of Chinese modernization,thereby proposing the solutions,in order to stimulate the vitality of ice and snow economy.It identifies the following goal orientations:advancing ice and snow sports at the grassroots level to ensure inclusive benefits for the people;enhancing the industrial chain of ice and snow sports to promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports economy;upholding the values of material and spiritual civilization to facilitate their harmonious coexistence;grounding efforts in green development principles to explore practices integrating sports with environmental protection;and rooting initiatives in traditional Chinese culture to disseminate the concept of peace.The main current status includes:insufficient mass participation in ice and snow sports,lack of dynamism in the cross-sector integration of“ice and snow sports plus”industries,obstacles to coordinating material and spiritual civilization,bottlenecks in the ecological sustainability of ski resorts,and inadequate public understanding of the cultural connotations of ice and snow sports with Chinese characteristics.Accordingly,the study proposes the following solutions:stimulating public motivation to share the achievements of the ice and snow sports era;cultivating the foundational strength of the ice and snow sports industry to innovate integrated development concept;emphasizing both material and spiritual civilization to promote their harmonious coexistence in ice and snow sports;overcoming ecological constraints to advance the development of green construction of ice and snow sports;and leveraging cultural confidence to enhance public understanding of the cultural connotations of ice and snow sports with Chinese characteristics.
