摘要
浙江某生物质企业以原材料为67%的家具地板废料与33%的园林废弃物生产1吨混合型颗粒燃料,采用“从大门到大门”生命周期边界构建本地化碳足迹核算模型。核算结果表明,1吨混合型生物质颗粒燃料的碳足迹为1224.98kgCO_(2)eq,其中,家具地板废料的直接碳排放占比高达98.73%,生产电力消耗和运输环节的柴油消耗分别占0.45%和0.81%。与标准煤相比,1吨颗粒燃料可替代0.6吨标准煤,实现约1440-1800kgCO_(2)eq的减排效益。通过本地化数据验证,模型误差控制在±5%以内,满足ISO 14067标准要求,对实现“双碳”战略具有重要意义。
A biomass enterprise in Zhejiang produces 1 ton of mixed pellet fuel using 67%furniture and flooring waste and 33%garden waste as raw materials,constructing a localized carbon footprint accounting model with a"gate-to-gate"life cycle boundary.The accounting results show that the carbon footprint of 1 ton of mixed biomass pellet fuel is 1224.98kgCO_(2)eq,among which the direct carbon emissions from furniture and flooring waste account for as high as 98.73%,while the electricity consumption for production and diesel consumption in the transportation link account for 0.45%and 0.81%respectively.Compared with standard coal,1 ton of pellet fuel can replace 0.6 tons of standard coal,achieving a emission reduction benefit of approximately 1440-1800kgCO_(2)eq.Verified by localized data,the error is controlled within±5%,meeting the requirements of ISO 14067 standard,which is of great significance for the realization of the"dual carbon"strategy.
