摘要
文章以甘肃丰盛环保科技股份有限公司焦炉煤气制乙醇技术改造项目为研究对象,以“双碳”目标为引领,通过技术创新和资源整合,实现焦炉煤气的高效利用与产业链延伸。该项目采用二甲醚羰基化加氢技术,在工艺成熟性、经济性和环境效益方面均展现出显著优势:依托中国科学院大连化学物理研究所研发的DMTE技术,结合现有合成氨装置进行工艺适配,实现了焦炉煤气中CO与H_(2)的高效转化,乙醇纯度超过99.5%;项目报批总投资11.21亿元,全投资税后内部收益率(IRR)达22.3%,投资回收期为5.30 a(含建设期);通过原料共享、能源互补和设施复用,降低综合成本约15%,凸显了资源梯级利用的经济价值;年处理焦炉煤气约0.8亿m^(3)(标)/a,减少直接碳排放200 kt/a,同时副产燃料气超1亿m^(3)(标),助力企业低碳转型。该项目实施不仅为焦化行业提供了清洁转型的示范路径,也为煤化工企业探索“资源—产品—再生资源”循环经济模式提供了重要参考,具有广泛的推广价值。
The article takes the technological transformation project of Gansu Fengsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.'s coke oven gas to ethanol production as the research object,guided by the"dual carbon"goal,and achieves efficient utilization of coke oven gas and industrial chain extension through technological innovation and resource integration.The project adopts dimethyl ether carbonylation hydrogenation technology,showing significant advantages in process maturity,economy and environmental benefits:relying on DMTE technology developed by Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,combining with the existing ammonia plant for process adaptation,it has achieved efficient conversion of CO and H_(2) in coke oven gas,with ethanol purity of more than 99.5%;the total approved investment for the project is 1.121 billion yuan,with a post tax internal rate of return(IRR)of 22.3%and an investment payback period of 5.30 years(including the construction period).By sharing raw materials,complementing energy,and reusing facilities,the comprehensive cost is reduced by about 15%,highlighting the economic value of resource cascade utilization;annual processing of about 80 million m^(3)(N)of coke oven gas,reducing direct carbon emissions by 200 kt/a,while producing more than 100 million m^(3)(N)of byproduct fuel gas per year,to assist enterprises in low-carbon transformation.The implementation of this project not only provides a demonstration path for the clean transformation of the coking industry,but also provides an important reference for coal chemical enterprises to explore the"resource product renewable resource"circular economy model,and has broad promotion value.
