摘要
在“大智移云”时代背景下,高职会计专业转型升级为大数据与会计专业,对人才培养提出了德技并修的新要求。基于课程思政与“立德树人”“专业技能”同根同源、同向同行的内在逻辑,系统提出以“价值引领、顶层设计”为牵引、以“四域融合”课程体系为基础、以“六进六融”教学策略为核心、以“三维四评”评价体系为保障、以校企“双元”师资团队为支撑、以多方联动机制为生态的“六位一体”实践路径,旨在为职业院校财经商贸类专业推进课程思政建设提供一套可操作、可复制、可评价的系统化方案,实现知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造的深度融合,培育具备“赤子心、乐业心、匠人心”的守正创新会计人才。
Against the backdrop of the"Big Data,AI,Mobile Internet,and Cloud Computing"era,the transformation and upgrading of vocational accounting into Big Data and Accounting has raised new requirements for cultivating talents with both moral integrity and professional competence.Based on the inherent logic that"curriculum-based ideological and political education"shares the same roots,direction,and path with"fostering virtue through education"and"professional skills,"this study systematically proposes a"six-in-one"practical pathway.This pathway is guided by"value orientation and top-level design,"grounded in a"four-domain integration"curriculum system,centered on the"six incorporations and integrations"teaching strategy,supported by a"three-dimensional,four-evaluation"assessment system,bolstered by an"enterprise-college dual-source"teaching team,and sustained by a"multi-party linkage"mechanism as its ecosystem.The aim is to provide a set of practicable,replicable,and evaluable systematic solutions for advancing"curriculum-based ideological and political education"in finance,economics,and business majors at vocational colleges.This approach seeks to achieve deep integration of knowledge impartation,ability cultivation,and value shaping,thereby nurturing upright and innovative accounting professionals endowed with"a pure heart,dedication to work,and artisan spirit."
