摘要
食品安全问题日益受到关注,其中农药残留超标是重要隐患之一。农药残留不仅危害消费者健康,还会破坏生态平衡,影响农产品贸易。及时、高效地检测农药残留水平对控制农残风险、指导科学用药至关重要。本文综述了酶联免疫吸附法、免疫层析法、生物传感技术、化学发光法、表面增强拉曼光谱法等农残快速检测技术的基本原理和应用进展,分析了多残留同时检测、便携式检测系统、规模化生产与标准化应用等发展趋势,对推动残留农药快速检测技术产业化具有重要意义。
Food safety issues are increasingly receiving attention,among which pesticide residue exceeding the standard is one of the important hidden dangers.Pesticide residues not only harm consumer health,but also disrupt ecological balance and affect agricultural product trade.Timely and efficient detection of pesticide residue levels is crucial for controlling pesticide residue risks and guiding scientific drug use.This article reviews the basic principles and application progress of rapid pesticide residue detection technologies such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunochromatography,biosensing technology,chemiluminescence,and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy.It analyzes the development trends of multi residue simultaneous detection,portable detection systems,large-scale production,and standardized applications,which are of great significance for promoting the industrialization of rapid pesticide residue detection technology.
