摘要
某高含硫气田天然气净化厂尾气单元高压贫砜胺液泵出口切断阀YV-070993处于关闭位置时因卡涩无法正常开启,文章系统分析了该故障,设计出一种适用于大压差工况下的防止阀门卡涩的新型气路系统,可保证阀门在大压差场景下的可靠性。从节约修理费和方便快捷的现场实际出发,该方法利用常规通用仪表附件,在不拆卸阀门本体和执行机构的情况下,在线就能实施改造,具有改造成本低,时间短的优点。同时,这种气路改造优化方式也成功应用至厂内其他存在卡涩问题的切断阀上,具备一定的推广意义。
The outlet on-off valve YV-070993 of the HP Sulfinol Pump in the tail gas purification plant of a high sulfur gas field cannot be opened normally due to jamming when it is in the closed position.This article systematically analyzes the fault and designs a new gas circuit system suitable for preventing valve jamming under high different pressure conditions,which can ensure the reliability of the valve in high different pressure scenarios.Based on the practical considerations of saving repair costs and convenience,this method utilizes conventional universal instrument accessories and can be retrofitted online without disassembling the valve body and actuator.It has the advantages of low retrofit cost and short time.At the same time,this optimization method for gas path transformation has also been successfully applied to other on-off valves in the factory that have jamming problems,which has certain promotional significance.
