北京地铁某线列车前照灯LED节能改造应用分析

Analysis of LED energy-saving modification of headlights for a Beijing metro train

摘要 提出了地铁列车前照灯系统氙气灯改LED灯的方案,以北京地铁某线列车前照灯系统为例,对比了列车使用氙气灯和市场上普遍应用LED灯的优劣,分析了前照灯系统进行LED灯节能改造的可行性,并通过现场实施改造对方案进行验证,证实LED灯较氙气灯维护成本更低,理论使用寿命更长,明显改善检修压力,实现低成本高收益,更具有节能高效环保的应用价值。 This study proposes a modification scheme for replacing xenon lamps with LED lamps in metro train headlight systems.Taking the headlight system of a Beijing metro train as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of xenon lamps and widely used LED lamps are compared.The feasibility of the energy-saving LED modification for the headlight system is analyzed.The scheme was validated through on-site implementation,confirming that LED lamps offer lower maintenance costs,a longer theoretical service life,significantly reduced maintenance pressure,and the achievement of low cost and high return,demonstrating greater application value in terms of energy efficiency,high performance,and environmental friendliness.
