碳税背景下考虑政府补贴的废旧动力电池回收模式选择

Selection of Recycling Models for Waste Power Batteries Considering Government Subsidies under the Background of Carbon Tax

摘要 本文以新能源汽车制造商、零售商以及废旧动力电池第三方回收商为主体,构建了废旧动力电池回收模式选择模型。在考虑碳税以及政府补贴情形下,提出了四种多渠道混合回收模式,求解了四种模式下供应链各成员的最优利润和最优回收量。研究结果显示:政府补贴系数的增大会促使各回收主体提高回收价格,激发回收热情,增加废旧动力电池回收量。动力电池回收收益的增加会提高供应链各成员的回收价格,但制造商的转移价格以及回收价格是相同的,不受回收模式影响。在不同回收模式下,制造商的利润受回收价格敏感系数和不同回收渠道间交叉影响系数的影响。 This paper constructs a model for selecting recycling modes for spent battery packs,focusing on manufacturers of new energy vehicles,retailers,and third-party recyclers of spent battery packs.Considering carbon taxes and government subsidies,it proposes four multi-channel hybrid recycling modes and solves for the optimal profits and optimal recycling quantities for each member of the supply chain under these modes.The results show that an increase in the government subsidy coefficient will lead to higher recycling prices,boosting enthusiasm for recycling and resulting in increased recycling volumes.An increase in the revenue from battery recycling will raise the recycling prices for all members of the supply chain,but the transfer prices and recycling prices for manufacturers remain the same and are not influenced by the recycling mode.The manufacturer’s profits are affected by the sensitivity coefficient of recycling prices and the cross-influence coefficient between different recycling channels under different recycling modes.
