摘要
印染助剂的高消耗与污染排放已经成为制约行业可持续发展的核心矛盾。基于循环经济理论框架,系统阐述表面活性剂、染色载体及生物酶制剂的再生技术路径,分析企业内循环、园区协同与区域平台三级回收模式的集成机制,重点解析助剂循环带来的直接减碳效益与间接减碳效应,揭示技术经济性障碍与制度缺失等实施瓶颈,提出构建智能响应型助剂开发、碳税激励机制、租赁服务模式三位一体的循环生态体系。
The high consumption of printing and dyeing auxiliaries and the pollution emissions have be⁃come the core contradiction restricting the sustainable development of the industry.Based on the framework of the circular economy theory,the regeneration technical paths of surfactants,dyeing carriers,and biological enzyme preparations are systematically expounded,the integrated mechanism of the internal circulation of en⁃terprises,the collaboration of the park,and the three-level recycling model of regional platforms are analyzed.The direct carbon reduction benefits and indirect carbon reduction effects brought by the auxiliaries’recycling are focused on,the implementation bottlenecks such as technical economic barriers and institutional deficien⁃cies are revealed,and an integrated circular ecological system consisting of intelligent responsive auxiliaries development,carbon tax incentive mechanism,and leasing service model is proposed to build.
