基于智能测控的百米轨运输节能与效率优化研究

Research on energy saving and efficiency optimization of 100-meter rail transit based on intelligent measurement and control

摘要 为解决市域铁路无缝线路施工中百米长钢轨运输存在的高能耗、高负载与施工效率低等问题,本文以京雄快线工程百米轨运输为例,对公路模块化运输方案展开系统研究。研究基于多源传感器网络采集平台姿态、液压能耗、车辆速度及运输负载等数据,构建能耗反馈与碳排放量化模型,并通过热泵余热利用、液压能量回收及智能控制系统进行集成优化。结果表明,公路模块化运输方案的单位运输能耗为0.51 MJ/t·km,整体节能率达21.7%,碳排放降低27.4%,运输效率提升40%以上,施工周期缩短42%,年能耗节约约1.7×10^(5) MJ;平台姿态误差控制在±3 mm以内,转弯半径误差下降40%,能耗波动率降至7.8%。研究表明,通过系统集成与智能测控,百米轨公路运输可实现高精度、高能效和低碳化,为重载铁路构件运输提供可量化、可验证的技术路径。 To solve the problems of high energy consumption,high load,and low construction efficiency in the transportation of 100-meter-long steel rails during the construction of seamless urban railway lines,this paper takes the transportation of 100-meter-long rails in the Beijing-Xiong'an express railway project as an example and conducts a systematic study on the modular road transportation scheme.It uses a multi-source sensor network to collect data on platform attitude,hydraulic energy consumption,vehicle speed,and transportation load,constructs an energy consumption feedback and carbon emission quantification model,and integrates and optimizes it through heat pump waste heat utilization,hydraulic energy recovery,and an intelligent control system.The results show that the unit transportation energy consumption of the modular road transportation scheme is 0.51 MJ/t·km,with an overall energy saving rate of 21.7%,a carbon emission reduction of 27.4%,a transportation efficiency increase of over 40%,a construction cycle shortened by 42%,and an annual energy saving of approximately 1.7×10^(5) MJ.The platform attitude error is controlled within±3 mm,the turning radius error is reduced by 40%,and the energy consumption fluctuation rate is reduced to 7.8%.The research demonstrates that through system integration and intelligent measurement and control,100-meter-long rail road transportation can achieve high precision,high energy efficiency,and low carbon emissions,providing a quantifiable and verifiable technical path for the transportation of heavy-haul railway components.
