摘要
现阶段我国已进入以都市圈为主体推进新型城镇化的阶段,市域(郊)铁路作为服务都市圈通勤的重要方式,越来越受到重视。合理利用城市既有资源,挖掘铁路运行潜力,提升都市圈公共交通供给能力,可有效缓解当前都市圈交通问题,支撑都市圈现代化发展。本文在分析江苏省都市圈利用既有铁路开行市域(郊)列车的潜在需求和先天条件的基础上,提出开行市域(郊)列车的基本原则和实施路径,并进行思考和探索,为都市圈轨道交通服务水平提升提供参考,为我国既有线开行市域(郊)列车提供支撑。
At current stage,China has entered the stage of promoting new urbanization with metropolitan areas as the main body,and the urban(suburban)railways,as an important way to serve metropolitan commuting,have received more and more attention at the national level.Rational use of the existing resources of the city,tapping the potential of railway operation,and improving the supply capacity of public transportation in the metropolitan area can effectively alleviate the current traffic problems in the metropolitan area and support the modern development of the metropolitan area.Based on the analysis of the potential demand and innate conditions of urban(suburban)trains in the metropolitan area of Jiangsu Province,this paper puts forward the basic principles and implementation paths of urban(suburban)trains,and makes preliminary thinking and exploration,in an attempt to provide support and reference for the existing urban(suburban)trains in China.
