摘要
对接产业需求调整优化专业设置,为物流类专业转型发展提供了清晰的思路。以物流岗位招聘信息为研究对象,利用文本分析工具,识别高频词及其关联词,勾勒出物流类专业人才的需求特征,指导高校物流类专业教育及人才培养。研究发现:招聘信息中的任职资格和岗位职责的高频词分析可以指导物流类专业人才培养目标的设定;人才培养目标的达成,应兼顾提升学生综合素质与构建复合型知识体系,推动管理、工程、物流等多学科交叉融合,加强学生大数据技术的学习,提高实践教学质量。
Adjusting and optimizing professional curricula to align with industry demands provides valuable insights for the transformation and development of logistics-related disciplines.This study focuses on logistics job recruitment data,utilizes text analysis tools to identify high-frequency terms and their associations,and further characterizes the demand for logistics professionals,so as to offer guidance for logistics education and talent cultivation in higher education institutions.The findings indicate that analyzing high-frequency terms in job qualifications and responsibilities within recruitment information can inform the formulation of training objectives for logistics professionals.The achievement of talent cultivation goals should balance the enhancement of students’overall quality with the development of an interdisciplinary knowledge system,promote the integration of multiple disciplines,such as management,engineering,and logistics,strengthen students’learning of big data technologies,and improve the quality of practical teaching.
