摘要
中国制造2025指明我国向制造强国的发展方向。基于中国制造2025,该文通过分析内蒙古民族大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养模式,确定专业人才培养目标和毕业要求,提出专业人才培养改革措施,明确专业定位。并针对行业需求,把准专业建设方向,实施产教融合人才培养模式,突出特色优势,打通人才培养与企业需求之间的壁垒,为企业量身打造技能人才“生产线”,形成毕业即就业的人才培养优势,为提高专业人才培养质量提供有力支撑。
Made in China 2025 points out the development direction of transforming China into a strong manufacturing powerhouse.Based on Made in China 2025,this paper is designed to identify the goals for training professional talents and graduation requirements,put forward transformative measures for cultivating these talents,and clarify specialty orientation by means of analyzing the training mode of talents majoring in mechanical design,manufacturing and automation in Inner Mongolia Minzu University.And in response to industry demand,this paper focuses on the direction of professional construction,implement a talent training mode that integrates industry and education,places great emphasis on distinctive advantages,bridges the gap between talent training and enterprise demand,and creates a skilled talent"production line"specifically for enterprises,thus forming an advantage for talent training,namely,employment upon graduation,and finally providing powerful support for improving the quality of professional talent training.
