摘要
利用气相色谱 /质谱联用分析测定了 11个品种螺旋藻的脂肪酸组成 ,鉴定出 10种脂肪酸 ,并且进行了定量测定 .
Fatty acid methyl esters derived from eleven kinds of Spirulina were identified by means of GC/MS. Ten fatty acids were detected.
