机器人情绪表达对人机交互中用户情感体验的影响

摘要 目的研究人机交互过程中机器人的表情与姿态情绪表达对用户情感体验的影响。方法采用人因学组内实验设计,设置表情与姿态两个实验组,采集受试者在机器人呈现不同表情或姿态时的主观情感体验及眼动数据,并通过重复测量方差分析对实验数据进行处理。结果机器人积极情绪反馈显著提升用户的主观情感体验;相比中性情绪反馈,用户对积极与消极情绪反馈的关注水平更高;同时,积极情绪的表情设计和动作频率较高姿态能够吸引用户更多注意力。结论研究结果为机器人情绪表达设计提供了参考,有助于提升人机交互的情感体验,也为借助机器人情绪表达调节用户情感体验提供了理论支持。 Objective This study investigates the impact of robots'facial and postural emotional expressions on users'emotional experience during human-robot interaction.Methods A within-subjects experimental design was employed,with facial expressions and postures as two experimental conditions.Participants'subjective emotional experiences and eye-tracking data were recorded while observing the robot displaying different expressions or postures.Repeated-measures ANOVA was conducted to analyze the experimental data.Results Positive emotional feedback from the robot significantly enhanced users'subjective emotional experiences.Compared with neutral emotional feedback,users exhibited higher levels of attention to both positive and negative emotional feedback.Additionally,facial expressions conveying positive emotions and postures with higher movement frequency attracted greater user attention.Conclusion The findings provide valuable insights for the design of robots'emotional expressions,facilitating enhanced emotional experience in human-robot interaction and offering theoretical support for using robots'emotional expressions to modulate users'emotional states.
