摘要
复合醋酯纤维是将二醋酯和三醋酯纤维的特性结合起来而形成的一种绿色低碳的环保纤维,目前关于复合醋酯纤维与聚酯纤维的混合样品定量方法还没有相关的标准,因此本研究采用75%硫酸法、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺对复合醋酯纤维/聚酯纤维进行定量分析。测试数据结果表明:两种试剂均有很好的适用性和可重复性。通过多重因素对比,验证75%硫酸法更具有优越性,可以作为首选的定量方法。同时提出两种定量方法结合可以保证数据的准确性。
Composite acetate fiber combines the characteristics of diacetate and triacetate fibers,making it a green and low-carbon environmentally friendly fiber.At present,there are no quantitative standards for the mixed samples of composite acetate fibers and polyester fibers.Quantitative analysis of composite acetate fibers/polyester fibers was conducted by using 75%sulfuric acid method and N,N-dimethylformamide.The data indicate that both reagents have excellent applicability and repeatability.The superiority of the 75%sulfuric acid method was demonstrated through the comparison of multiple factors,and two quantitative methods are proposed to be combined to ensure the accuracy of the data.
