摘要
提出了一种针织复合面料中聚酯纤维与氨纶含量定量分析的改进方法。该方法通过温水浸泡的物理预处理,结合75%硫酸法与氢氧化钠/甲醇法的联用,以上述2种方法结果的平均值作为定量结果,能够有效抵消胶黏剂的干扰,提高检测准确性,并且避免了化学试剂的使用,为含胶黏剂针织复合面料的纤维定量分析提供了环保、精准的检测新途径。
An improved method for the quantitative analysis of polyester fiber and spandex contents in knit⁃ted composite fabrics was proposed.The method adopted physical pretreatment by warm water soaking,combined with the use of the 75%sulfuric acid method and the sodium hydroxide/methanol method.By tak⁃ing the average of the results from the two methods as the quantitative result,interference from adhesives was effectively eliminated,the accuracy of detection was improved,and the use of chemical reagents was avoided.This approach provided a new environmentally-friendly and accurate pathway for the fiber quanti⁃tative analysis of adhesive-containing knitted composite fabrics.
