摘要
针对桑蚕丝/绵羊毛混纺产品的定量分析,实验室通常采用75%硫酸法,但75%硫酸在常温下黏度较高,易引发溶解不完全的问题,且耗时较长。针对该问题,本研究提出了一种改进的20%盐酸法:即在70℃的条件下溶解30 min,将样品里的桑蚕丝溶掉,得出样品里桑蚕丝和绵羊毛的含量。本研究将该方法试验结果与75%硫酸法结果进行对比发现,20%盐酸法得出的数据更接近样品的真实值,且该方法耗时是75%硫酸法的一半。本研究为改善75%硫酸法溶解不完全、耗时长的问题提供了参考。
Normally,sulfuricacid method is widely used in the laboratory.At room temperature,high viscosity of 75%sulfuric acid can lead to incomplete dissolution,and the testing time is too long.Therefore,we propose an improved 20%hydrochloric acid method.The research selected a wool/silk blended suit fabric as the sample and dissolved the silk in the sample by treating it at 70℃for 30 minutes,thereby determining the content of silk and wool in the sample.The same batch of samples was also dissolved using the 75%sulfuric acid method,comparison of the data between the two methods revealed that the results from the 20%hydrochloric acid method were closer to the actual values of the samples.Moreover,this method took only half the time required by the 75%sulfuric acid method.This study provides a reference for addressing issues such as incomplete dissolution and prolonged processing time associated with the 75%sulfuric acid method.
