摘要
超前支护液压支架组为工作面设备及人员提供保障,是重要的支护设备,研究元件参数对液压系统动态特性的影响具有重要意义。本文以AMESim仿真软件建立ZFDC11600/19.5/40型回风巷整体式超前支护支架立柱系统仿真模型,分别研究液压缸活塞直径、液压缸活塞杆直径、液压缸泄漏系数影响下液压系统响应。结果表明:活塞直径大、活塞杆直径小的液压缸工作过程较为稳定;泄漏系数较大的液压缸在降柱过程中泄漏量大,产生有效降柱位移较小,为液压系统参数设计提供参考。
The advanced support hydraulic support group provides support for the equipment and personnel on the working face and is an important device among the support equipment.It is of great significance to study the influence of component parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system.In this paper,a simulation model of the ZFDC11600/19.5/40 type return air roadway integral advanced support column system is established by using AMESim simulation software.The responses of the hydraulic system under the influence of the piston diameter of the hydraulic cylinder,the diameter of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder,and the leakage coefficient of the hydraulic cylinder are studied respectively.The results show that the hydraulic cylinder with a large piston diameter and a small piston rod diameter has a more stable working process.Hydraulic cylinders with a larger leakage coefficient have a greater leakage during the column lowering process,resulting in a smaller effective column lowering displacement,which provides a reference for the parameter design of hydraulic systems.
