摘要
针对液压支架立柱受到顶板来压时立柱下腔压力和立柱缩让量的情况,用AMEsim建立液压系统的仿真模型,分析了在不同安全阀流量、通向安全管路直径和长度的情况下,液压支架立柱受到顶板来压时立柱下腔压力和立柱缩让量。为液压支架立柱液压系统的设计提供了必要的参考和依据。
For the pressure of lower cavity and the shrinkage of hydraulic support column system the simulation model is established by AMEsim ,and it analyses the pressure of lower cavity and the shrinkage of the system when roof weighting under different relief valve flow, safety pipe diameter and length. It provides the necessary reference and basis of design for hydraulic support column system.
