摘要
近年来,大别山革命老区加快发展现代职业教育,加强职业院校办学能力建设,积极推进现代职业教育体系建设,取得了显著成效。但同时也存在职业教育资源分布不均衡、产教融合和校企合作深度不足、专业设置与市场需求匹配度不足、社会认可度与吸引力偏低等问题。信阳地处大别山革命老区核心区域,地理位置优越、资源丰富,具有建设大别山职业教育中心的基础条件和区位优势。基于此,本文提出整合区域资源、推动协同发展,深化产教融合、强化校企合作,优化专业设置、健全课程体系,提升职教认可度、增强职教吸引力,强化政策支持、加强资金保障,加强质量评估、完善监督机制等路径选择。
In recent years,the Dabie Mountain Revolutionary Base Area has accelerated the development of modern vocational education,strengthened the construction of vocational colleges'teaching capabilities,and actively promoted the construction of a modern vocational education system,achieving remarkable results.However,there are still problems such as an uneven distribution of vocational education resources,insufficient depth of integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises,insufficient matching of professional settings with market demands,and low social recognition and attractiveness.Xinyang is located in the core area of the Dabie Mountain Revolutionary Base Area,with a superior geographical location and abundant resources,and has the basic conditions and regional advantages for building a vocational education center in the Dabie Mountain area.Based on this,this paper proposes the following path choices:integrating regional resources and promoting coordinated development,deepening the integration of industry and education and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing professional settings and improving the curriculum system,enhancing the recognition and attractiveness of vocational education,strengthening policy support and ensuring financial security,strengthening quality assessment and improving the supervision mechanism.
