摘要
黄元御在《四圣心源》中提出了“土枢四象、一气周流”的理论体系,精妙概括了人体以脾胃为中枢的脏腑气机循环往复生生不息的运动状态。阳痿发病存在中土虚弱周流失司、脾虚肾寒肝气郁滞的病理状态,治疗上强调调理脾胃复其正常升降,温肾健脾以利肝木生长。如此可把握脏腑气机变化,使一气周流循环有序,阳痿即愈。
HUANG Yuanyu proposed the theoretical system of"Earth Pivoting the Four Phases,Circulation of Single Qi"in his work(Si Sheng Xin Yuan),which succinctly summarizes the continuous,cyclical movement of visceral qi in the human body centered on the spleen and stomach.The pathogenesis of impotence involves weakness of the central earth(spleen/stomach)and disruption of this cyclical flow,leading to a pathological state characterized by spleen deficiency,kidney cold,and liver qi stagnation.The treatment emphasizes regulating the spleen and stomach to restore normal ascending and descending functions,warming the kidney,and strengthening the spleen to promote the growth of liver wood.By addressing the dynamic changes in visceral qi,the orderly circulation of the single qi can be reestablished,thereby curing impotence.
