摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘探析徐燕教授治疗心悸病临床用药经验特色及规律。方法:搜集2020—2023年就诊于徐燕教授门诊的有效心悸病病案,采用Excel软件建立方药数据库,应用RStudio(4.3.2)对方药数据库进行中药频次、关联规则、中药功效频次分析等数据挖掘。结果:共纳入徐燕教授治疗心悸病542首中药处方,频次排名前5位的疾病分别是室性期前收缩、单纯性心悸、房性期前收缩、心房颤动、高血压,涉及中药248味,使用频次100次以上的有44味中药,其中,使用频次排名前10位的中药依次为茯苓、人参、半夏、桂枝、甘草、白术、丹参、川芎、珍珠母、当归。中药功效分为19个类别,使用频次最高的为补虚药。关联规则分析获得43对药物组合;核心药物组成共11对。结论:徐燕教授从调畅情志,治心为主、兼顾他证,调理中焦,顾护脾胃等方面治疗心悸。
Objective:To explore the clinical medication experience,characteristics,and medication rules of Professor Xu Yan in treating palpitation based on data mining.Methods:The effective medical records of palpitations in Professor Xu Yan's clinic were collected,and a prescription-drug database was established using Excel software.RStudio(4.3.2)was used for data mining such as frequency analysis,association rules,and efficacy frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Results:A total of 542 prescriptions of TCM for palpitations by Professor Xu Yan were included.The top five diseases were ventricular premature beats,simple palpitations,atrial premature beats,atrial fibrillation,and hypertension,involving 248 kinds of TCM,with 44 kinds of TCM used>100 times.Among them,the top 10 kinds of TCM used frequently were Poria,Panax ginseng,Pinellia ternata,Cassia twig,Glycyrrhiza,Atractylodes macrocephala,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Szechwan Lovage Rhizome,Nacre,and Angelica sinensis,in order.The efficacy of TCM was divided into 19 categories,and the popular medicines were deficiency tonic drugs.Forty-three pairs of drug combinations were obtained through association rule analysis.There were 11 pairs of core drugs.Conclusion:Professor Xu Yan treats palpitation from the following aspects:regulating emotions,treating the heart,taking into account other syndromes,regulating the middle energizer,caring for the spleen and stomach,etc.
