摘要
建立混合溶剂超声萃取结合气相色谱-质谱测定食品包装用涂料中1,2-乙二醇、2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、正戊醇、正丙醇、3-丁烯-2-醇6种醇类化合物的分析方法。将样品溶解于二氯甲烷-甲醇(体积比为1∶1)混合溶剂中,经超声提取和离心分离后,上清液用0.22μm滤膜过滤,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,以色谱峰面积外标法定量。6种醇类化合物的质量浓度在0.2~5 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.999 7,方法检出限为0.005~0.01 mg/kg,定量限为0.02~0.03 mg/kg。样品加标平均回收率为86.7%~101%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%~9.2%(n=6)。该方法满足食品包装用涂料中6种醇类物质的分析要求。
A method of mixed solvent ultrasonic extraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was established for the determination of six alcohol compounds,including 1,2-ethanediol,2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol,1,4-butanediol,n-pentanol,n-propanol and 3-buten-2-ol,in coatings for food packaging.The sample was dissolved in a mixed solvent of dichloromethane and methanol(volume ratio of 1:1),extracted by ultrasound and separated by centrifugation.The supernatant was filtered through a 0.22μm filter membrane and detected by GC-MS.Quantification was performed using chromatographic peak areas external standard method.The mass concentration of six alcohol compounds had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak areas in the range of 0.2-5 mg/L,with correlation coefficients all not less than 0.999.The detection limits of the method were 0.005-0.01 mg/kg,and the quantification limits were 0.02-0.03 mg/kg.The average recoveries of samples spiked were 86.7%-101%,and the relative standard deviations of the determination results for six parallel samples were 1.6%-9.2%.This method meets the analytical requirements for the six alcohol compounds in coatings for food packaging.
