气相色谱法测定涂料中三种醇类抗冻剂含量 被引量:1

Determination of Three Alcohols Content in Coatings by Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了内外墙涂料样品中三种抗冻剂醇类物质气相色谱测定方法。涂料样品经乙醇萃取、离心,上清液进气相色谱氢火焰检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇在20~500 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限在10~20 mg/kg之间,三个添加水平平均回收率(n=6)在87.3%~93.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.0%~6.7%。该方法简单快速、回收率和精密度良好,适用于内外墙涂料中乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的同时测定。利用气相色谱测定涂料中醇类组分含量,从而可快速鉴定涂料低温稳定性能,达到快速检测筛选的目的。 The research aimed to establish GC(gas chromatography) method for determination of glycol, 1,2-propanediol and glycerol in outdoor and indoor coatings. Coating samples were extracted by ethanol, centrifugation, detecting by hydrogen flame ionization detector with GC and quantified by external standard. The results showed that the standard curves were well linear over the selected concentration ranges of 20~500 mg/L for all the alcohol components, with calculated coefficients of determination(R^2) of greater than 0.999. The limit of detection(LODs) of the method was 15~20 mg/kg. Recoveries were calculated at three levels of concentration spiked in negative samples and the values were found between 87.3% and 93.4% with relative standard deviation(RSD) values of 5.0%~6.7%(n=6). The method was simple, rapid and suitable for simultaneous determination of alcohol components in coating samples with favorable recoveries and precision. By using GC to determine the total content of alcohol components in the coatings, stability at low temperature could be quickly identified, to achieve the purpose of rapid detection and screening.
