气相色谱-质谱法测定化妆品中11种全氟化合物

Determination of 11 perfluorinated compounds in cosmetics by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立同时测定化妆品中11种全氟化合物(PFCs)的气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。以乙腈-丙酮(体积比为7∶3)混合溶液为提取溶剂,对化妆品样品进行超声提取,提取液经固相萃取柱净化富集后,采用HP-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)分离,利用选择离子监测模式检测,以外标法定量。11种PFCs的质量浓度在0.01~1.0μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.998,方法检出限为0.001~0.005μg/g,定量限为0.003~0.02μg/g。低、中、高3个加标水平的平均回收率为82.5%~108%, 6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.1%~7.2%。该方法适用于化妆品中挥发/半挥发、弱极性或非离子型PFCs的高通量筛查与定量分析,为化妆品中多类别PFCs的质量安全监管提供技术支持。 An analytical method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established for simultaneous determination of 11 perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)in cosmetics.Acetonitrile-acetone(volume ratio of 7:3)mixed solution was used as the extraction solvent,cosmetic samples were subjected to ultrasonic extraction.The extraction solution was purified and enriched by solid-phase extraction column,and separated by HP-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm).Selective ion monitoring mode was used for detection,and external standard method was used for quantification.The mass concentration of 11 PFCs had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.01-1.0μg/mL,with correlation coefficients not less than 0.998.The detection limits of the method were 0.001-0.005μg/g,and the quantification limits were 0.003-0.02μg/g.The average recoveries of low,medium and high spiked levels were 82.5%-108%,and the relative standard deviations of the determination results of six samples prepared in parallel for each concentration level were 2.1%-7.2%.This method is suitable for high-throughput screening and quantitative analysis of volatile/semi volatile,weakly polar or non-ionic PFCs in cosmetics,providing technical support for quality and safety supervision of multiple categories of PFCs in cosmetics.
