摘要
溶致液晶(LLC)是由两亲性分子在特定溶剂条件下自组装而成的特殊液晶,作为一种新型药物递送系统,形成的层状相、六角相和立方相等液晶相结构,具有热力学稳定体系,高效包载药物分子和控释的优势。在皮下注射、静脉给药、局部及口服递送中,LLC通过形成药物储库、延长滞留时间、提高生物利用度及靶向性,显著改善治疗效果。本文综述近年来LLC递药系统的研究进展,并重点阐述其液晶相结构与晶型特征、载体材料选择、表征方法及其在药物递送中的应用,旨在为新型药物递送系统的开发提供理论依据和参考。
Lyotropic liquid crystals(LLC)are a class of liquid crystals that are formed through self-assembly of amphiphilic moleculesin a specific solvent environment.They have been identified as a novel delivery system for pharmaceuticals.The resultant layered,hexagonal and cubic phases exhibit thermodynamic stability and high loading capacity for pharmaceutical molecules,as well as the ability to control release.The use of LLCs in subcutaneous injection,intravenous administration,topical,and oral delivery has been shown to significantly enhance treatment outcomes.This review first briefly describes the research progress of LLC drug delivery systems in recent years,and focuses on its liquid crystal phase structure and crystal characteristics,carrier material selection,characterization methods,and application in drug delivery,so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for the development of new drug delivery systems.
