摘要
介绍了立方相液晶与六角相液晶结构特征、相转变机制和影响因素,以及该类液晶体系作为药物载体的研究近况。立方相液晶与六角相液晶属于溶致液晶,其作为药物载体具有生物相容性好、可提高药物稳定性及降低药物毒副作用等优点,近年来受到研究人员的广泛关注。
The structural characteristics, as well as the mechanisms and influencing factors for the phase transition of cubic and hexagonal liquid crystals were reviewed in this paper. The recent progress in study on cubic and hexagonal liquid crystals as drug delivery system was also introduced. The cubic and hexagonal liquid crystals, which belong to lyotropic liquid crystals, have a good biocompatibility. As drug delivery systems, they can also improve the stability of drugs and reduce their side effects. Based on these advantages, they have become a research hotspot.
