基于中药微粉结构的新型药物递送系统研究进展

Research progress on novel drug delivery system based on structure of traditional Chinese medicine micropowder

摘要 随着对中药药效物质研究的不断深入,花粉、孢子粉等中药微粉结构不仅具备显著的药理活性,而且展现出作为药物递送系统的潜能。中药微粉结构性质稳定,生物相容性良好,具备较为均一的微粒结构,既能够将药物吸附于表面,也可以包载于内部空腔,并能够通过修饰实现多功能化,从而显著提高药物疗效。对近年来中药微粉结构在药物递送系统领域的研究进展进行总结,系统整理了中药微粉结构作为药物递送载体的制备方法,探讨了其在提高药物递送效率、增强治疗效果方面的潜力,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,为中药制剂现代化研究提供新思路。 With the deepening research on pharmacodynamic substances of traditional Chinese medicines,the micropowder structure of traditional Chinese medicines,such as pollen and spore powder,not only possesses significant pharmacological activities,but also shows the potential as a drug delivery system.The micropowder structure of traditional Chinese medicines exhibit stable properties and excellent biocompatibility,featuring a relatively uniform particle structure.They can adsorb drugs onto their surfaces or encapsulate them within internal cavities,and can be modified to achieve multifunctionality,thereby significantly enhancing drug efficacy.This paper summarizes recent research advances in the application of traditional Chinese medicine micropowder structures in the field of drug delivery systems.It systematically reviews preparation methods for these structures as drug delivery carriers,explores their potential in enhancing drug delivery efficiency and therapeutic efficacy,and provides an outlook on future research directions.It aim is to provide new insights for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine formulations.
