摘要
利用由5台伺服电动机驱动的粗纱试验机进行试验,探讨了不同原料(棉、涤纶、黏胶、木棉及木棉/棉混纺)在不同捻度条件下的粗纱卷绕成形特性。通过系统性试验测量和分析,探讨了捻度变化对粗纱直径和纱层厚度的影响。研究发现,由于不同原料的纤维特性和中空度存在差异,其粗纱直径对捻度变化的敏感度存在显著差异。其中,由于涤纶、黏胶和棉纤维无中空或中空度较小,其粗纱直径的变化受捻度变化的影响较小;而木棉纤维由于中空度较高,其粗纱直径对捻度变化较为敏感。对于木棉/棉的混纺原料,捻度的变化显著影响了卷绕成形后的粗纱直径。试验通过混纺粗纱试验得出了理论粗纱直径与捻度的关系方程,为木棉/棉粗纱卷绕成形模型的优化提供了思路与依据。
Using a roving testing machine driven by five servo motors,the winding formation characteristics of different raw materials(cotton,polyester,viscose,kapok,and kapok/cotton blends)under various twist conditions are investigated.Through systematic experimental measurements and analysis,the specific effects of twist variation on the diameter and layer thickness of roving are discussed.The study finds that the sensitivity of roving diameter to twist changes varies significantly among different raw materials due to differences in fiber properties and hollowness.Among them,polyester,viscose,and cotton fibers,which have no or little hollowness,show less variation in roving diameter with changes in twist.In contrast,kapok fibers,which have a higher degree of hollowness,are more sensitive to twist changes in terms of roving diameter.For kapok/cotton blended materials,changes in twist significantly affect the diameter of the roving after winding formation.A series of blended roving experiments have led to the derivation of a theoretical equation relating roving diameter to twist,providing insights and a basis for optimizing the winding formation model of kapok/cotton roving.
