粗纱机闭式悬锭锭翼纺纱疵点的防治 被引量:9

Prevention of Spinning Defects with Closed Drape Flyer in Roving Machine

摘要 为了有效控制粗纱机闭式悬锭锭翼纺纱中疵点的产生,分析了闭式悬锭锭翼的结构和运转特点,得出产生纱疵的主要原因及纱疵形态,提出了防治措施。在锭翼的日常保养中要注意粗纱通道的清洗,对比了国外H20型湿式锭翼清洗机和国产CB05型干式锭翼清洗机的清洗情况,结果表明,CB05型干式锭翼清洗机清洗效果好,保证了粗纱通道的清洁,可预防粗纱疵点的产生。 To control the generating of spinning defects with closed drape flyer in roving machine, structure and operation speciality of closed drape flyer were analyzed, the main reasons in generating yarn defects and yarn defect form were got, prevention measures were proposed. Roving passage cleaning should be paid attention in daily maintenance. Cleaning condition of Import H20 wet flyer cleaner and domestic CB05 dry flyer cleaner were compared, the result shows that CB05 dry flyer cleaner has better cleaning effect, it can guarantee roving passage clean and prevent roving defects to generate.
