环锭细纱机管底成形的分析与优化

摘要 为优化环锭细纱机管纱卷绕成形质量,分析环锭细纱机圆锥型分层卷绕技术成形原理和影响卷装容量的因素,对比凸钉结构管底成形和比例级升数控管底成形方法的原理及缺点,提出基于比例+曲线级升的数控管底成形方法,并介绍比例+曲线级升的PLC控制、参数优化及数学模型要点。实际应用结果表明:凸钉结构的管底成形方法成本低、结构简单,但调整灵活性、成形效果和精度控制不佳;多次曲线的数学模型复杂、计算量大、程序实时响应速度慢、参数调节不便;新提出的基于比例+曲线级升的数控管底成形方法,通过调整比例级升系数k和管底成形直径系数c,实现对环锭细纱机管底成形的精确控制,提高管纱成形质量、容量。 In order to optimize the quality of the bobbin yarn winding and forming of the ring spinning frame,the forming principle of the conical layer-by-layer winding technology of the ring spinning frame and the factors affecting the package capacity are analyzed.The principles and disadvantages of the convex pin structure tube bottom forming and the proportional stepup numerical control tube bottom forming methods are compared.A numerical control tube bottom forming method based on proportion+curve step-up is proposed,and the PLC control,parameter optimization and key points of the mathematical model of proportion+curve step-up are introduced.The practical application results show that the tube bottom forming method with convex pin structure has low cost and simple structure,but the adjustment flexibility,forming effect and precision control are not good.The mathematical model of multiple curves is complex,the computational load is large,the real-time response speed of the program is slow,and the parameter adjustment is inconvenient.The new method of the numerical control tube bottom forming method based on proportion+curve step-up achieves precise control over the tube bottom forming of the ring spinning frame by adjusting the proportional step-up coefficient k and the tube bottom forming diameter coefficient c,then enhancing the quality and capacity of tube yarn forming.
