Objective To analyze the current development status and challenges of the"one-hospital,multiplecampus"in China's public hospitals through bibliometric analysis, and to explore management models and research hotspots related to this approach. Methods Three databases, namely CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),Wanfang Medical Network, and SinoMed(Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System),were searched.Using bibliometric methods,a total of 1574 Chinese-language articles on the management and operation of the"one-hospital,multiple-campus"model were retrieved. After deduplication and secondary screening,770 relevant articles were obtained.Visual analysis was conducted using VOSviewer and CiteSpaceV software. Results Since 2022,there has been a surge in literature on the"one-hospital,multiple-campus",with publications concentrated in hospital management-related journals such as"Chinese Hospitals".Keywords primarily revolve around research on homogenization. Conclusion The research hotspots on the"one-hospital,multiple-campus"in China's public hospitals have gradually shifted from early-stage"multi-campus construction"to"refined management"and"service quality improvement".Future research opportunities exist in areas such as hospital culture, integration of multiple campuses, and the application of artificial intelligence.
