摘要
以组织文化理论为框架,对某大型公立医院文化建设进行深度剖析。通过对其文化内涵、建设路径、实施效果及理论与实践的契合度进行系统分析,揭示“家文化”对医院高质量发展的影响,并提出进一步优化医院文化建设的策略建议。
Using organizational culture theory as the analytical framework,this study conducts an in-depth examination of culture development in a large public hospital.Through a systematic analysis of cultural connotations,development pathways,implementation outcomes,and the alignment between theory and practice,the study reveals the influence of a“family-oriented culture”on the hospital’s high-quality development and proposes strategic recommendations for further optimizing hospital culture development.
