摘要
目的:对2010年—2025年间发表的妊娠期高血压疾病相关文章进行分析,了解该领域研究热点,为妊娠期高血压疾病相关研究及选题提供参考。方法:收集来自Web of Science的SCIE和SSCI核心合集文献,构建LDA主题模型和线性回归模型,以发现热点主题及发文量趋势。结果:本研究共纳入2010年1月—2025年7月发表的妊娠期高血压疾病相关英文文献5 331篇,文献发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势,但自2023年起发文量趋于平稳。共识别出12个研究主题,其中Topic 8(远期心血管疾病风险)、Topic 1(胎儿生长发育)、Topic 5(孕期体重管理与临床结局)及Topic 9(分娩方式与围产结局)为当前研究热点。线性回归分析显示,近年来Topic 7(围产期照护)的发文量呈上升趋势。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病仍是目前科学研究的重点议题之一,主要聚焦于孕妇健康干预与结局、胎儿发育与分娩管理等方面。
Objective:To analyze the articles related to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy published from 2010 to 2025,so as to understand the research hotspots in this field and provide reference for the related research and topic selection of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.Methods:The SCIE and SSCI core collection literatures from Web of Science were collected,and the LDA topic model and linear regression model were constructed to find hot topics and publication trends.Results:A total of 5331 English literatures related to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy published from January 2010 to July 2025 were included in this study,and the number of published literatures showed an increasing trend year by year,and the number of articles published since 2023 tended to be stable.A total of 12 research topics were identified,among which Topic 8(long-term cardiovascular disease risk),Topic 1(fetal growth and development),Topic 5(pregnancy weight management and outcome)and Topic 9(delivery mode and perinatal outcome)were the current research hotspots.Linear regression analysis showed that the number of publications on Topic 7(perinatal care)was on the rise in recent years.Conclusion:Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy is still one of the key topics of scientific research at present,mainly focusing on maternal health intervention and outcome,fetal development and delivery management.
