摘要
气机学说是中医理论体系的核心组成部分之一,它围绕“气”的运动规律及其对生命活动的影响展开,贯穿于人体生理、病理、疾病诊断及治疗的全过程。肝肺升降理论作为中医气机学说的重要组成部分,阐释了肝主升发、肺主肃降的生理功能及协同机制,其失衡与恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。肝肺升降理论在恶性肿瘤的诊治中具有重要的指导意义,文章系统梳理了该理论从先秦时期理论的萌芽,到明清时期体系的完善,再到其在现代恶性肿瘤中的创新应用的历史发展源流。针对恶性肿瘤“气机阻滞、升降失常”的核心病机,通过“疏肝理气”“宣肺降气”“调和肝肺”“兼顾脾胃”等治法,恢复肝肺气机的动态平衡,可达到扶正祛邪、防治肿瘤的目的。探讨肝肺升降理论在恶性肿瘤防治中的应用与实践,旨在为恶性肿瘤的中医治疗提供重要参考。
As an important part of the theory of Qi(气)movement in traditional Chinese medicine,the liver-lung ascending and descending theory explains the physiological functions and synergistic interaction mechanisms of the liver governing ascent and dispersion,and the lung governing purification and descent.Its imbalance is closely related to the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.This article systematically combs through the historical origin of this theory,from its embryonic stage in the Pre-Qin Period,to the improvement and maturation of its system in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and then to its innovative application in modern malignant tumor treatment,aiming to provide an important reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumors.
