摘要
临床研究表明,化疗、放疗和全身治疗是各种胸部恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段并且疗效可观,然而在治疗的同时也会产生一些不良反应,如可能危及生命的放射性肺损伤。放射性肺损伤是胸部恶性肿瘤放射治疗常见的并发症之一,严重者可影响患者的生存质量。中医药在放疗中的干预能有效降低放射性肺损伤的发生并减轻相关的症状,具有良好的防治效果。此文主要对中医经方、自拟方与中成药在预防和治疗放射性肺损伤中所起的作用加以综述,为中医药在临床防治放射性肺损伤的具体应用提供依据。
Clinical studies have shown that chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and systemic therapy are the mainstay of treatment for various thoracic malignancies and are highly effective,however,some adverse effects such as radiation lung injury,which can be life-threatening,can occur alongside the treatment.The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in radiotherapy can effectively reduce the occurrence of radiation lung injury and alleviate the related symptoms,which has good prevention and treatment effects.In this paper,we review the role of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating radiation lung injury and provide a basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating radiation lung injury.
