摘要
为了探讨添加不同比例的食叶草鲜草对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状及血液生化指标的影响,该试验选择160头150日龄、体重85±1.75 kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交育肥猪分成4组,分别为对照组0(1组)、6%(2组)、8%(3组)、10%(4组)食叶草鲜草添加组,每组设8个重复(每个重复组5头),预试验为7 d,试验期为42 d。结果表明:试验3、4组的平均日增重与对照组相比分别提高15.0%、14.5%(P<0.05),其料重比分别降低8.59%、7.67%(P<0.05);试验3、4组的瘦肉率、眼肌面积与对照组相比分别提高15.0%、15.8%、16.5%、16.9%(P<0.05),其平均背膘厚降低15.2%、15.6%(P<0.05);试验3、4组血清中的TP、GLB含量与对照组相比分别提高17.9%、18.4%、13.0%、14.2%(P<0.05),血清中AST、BUN含量降低20.4%、20.01%、10.5%、11.9%(P<0.05)。综上所述,育肥猪日粮中添加8%的食叶草鲜草可以显著提高育肥猪生长性能,改善胴体性状,提高瘦肉率,同时改善血液生化指标。
This study investigated the effects of adding different proportions of leafy fresh grass to the diet on the growth performance,carcass traits,and blood biochemical parameters of finishing pigs.One hundred and sixty“Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire”crossbred finishing pigs of similar age(150 days)and weight(85±1.75 kg)were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with eight replicates per group(5 pigs per replicate).The groups were:a control group(Group 1)with 0%leafy fresh grass,and treatment groups with 6%(Group 2),8%(Group 3),and 10%(Group 4)leafy fresh grass supplementation.The pre-trial period was 7 days,and the trial period was 42 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of Groups 3 and 4 was increased by 15.0%and 14.5%,respectively,compared to the control group(P<0.05),and their feed-to-gain ratio was decreased by 8.59%and 7.67%,respectively(P<0.05).The lean meat percentage and eye muscle area of Groups 3 and 4 were increased by 15.0%,15.8%,16.5%,and 16.9%,respectively,compared to the control group(P<0.05),while their average backfat thickness was decreased by 15.2%and 15.6%(P<0.05).The serum total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)levels in Groups 3 and 4 were increased by 17.9%,18.4%,13.0%,and 14.2%,respectively,compared to the control group(P<0.05),and the serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels were decreased by 20.4%,20.01%,10.5%,and 11.9%,respectively(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 8%leafy fresh grass can improve the growth performance and carcass traits of finishing pigs,increase lean meat percentage,and improve blood biochemical parameters as well.
