枯草芽孢杆菌培养物与锗复合制剂对育肥猪生长性能、血清免疫及抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of a Bacillus subtilis Gulture and Germanium Compound Preparation on Growth Performance,Serum Immunity and Antioxidant Indexes of Fattening Pigs

摘要 试验旨在探究枯草芽孢杆菌培养物与锗复合制剂对育肥猪生长性能、血清免疫及抗氧化指标的影响。随机选取40头健康状况良好的杜×长×大三元杂交育肥猪,随机分为2组,对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头猪公、母各半,其中对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+0.5%枯草芽孢杆菌培养物与锗复合制剂。结果显示:试验组末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪的消化率相较于对照组均有显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组血清中生长激素(GH)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),生长抑制素(SS)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中加入枯草芽孢杆菌培养物与锗复合制剂可提高育肥猪的消化能力及血清中生长激素、免疫能力与抗氧化能力,促进育肥猪的生长发育。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of a composite preparation of Bacil⁃lus subtilis culture and germanium on growth performance,serum immunity and antioxidant indexes of fattening pigs.The Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire ternary crossbred fattening pigs were selected as the test object,with 40 pigs exhibiting good health conditions randomly selected and divided into two groups.Each group consisted of five replications,with four pigs in each replication,comprising half males and half females.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with a 0.5%composite of Bacillus subtilis culture and germanium.The results showed that the final weight,average daily gain,and average daily feed intake of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05);the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,and crude fat in the experimental group was significantly higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).As for the serum indexes,the serum level of growth hormone(GH)in the experimental group was extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the level of somatostatin(SS)was extremely significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);the contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of Bacillus subtilis culture and germanium compound preparation to the diet can improve the digestive ability of fattening pigs,as well as the growth hormone,immune ability and antioxidant capacity in serum,and promote the growth and development of fattening pigs.
