摘要
‘陇薯25号’是以‘LK99’为母本,‘大同G-13-1’为父本通过有性杂交选育而成,2024年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号:GPD马铃薯(2024)620040。生育期98 d左右,属中晚熟鲜食品种。植株半直立,结薯集中,单株结薯数4.9个。块茎椭圆形,黄皮淡黄肉,芽眼浅,商品率81.30%以上。2019—2020年甘肃省马铃薯区域试验平均产量2867 kg/667m^(2),较统一对照‘LK99’(2104 kg/667m^(2))增产36.29%。块茎中干物质21.80%,粗淀粉15.22%,粗蛋白2.49%,维生素C 14.00 mg/100 g,还原糖0.06%。高抗晚疫病,耐旱,耐低温。适宜在北方和西北一作区甘肃省春季种植、南方二作区广东省和广西壮族自治区冬季早熟种植。
The new potato variety'Longshu 25'was developed from a cross between'LK99'(female)and‘Datong G-13-1'(male)through sexual hybridization and selection,and approved as a non-staple crop variety by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2024,with the registration number GPD Potato(2024)620040.The growth duration of'Longshu 25'is about 98 days,making it a mid-late maturing variety,and can be cultivated as table potatoes.The plant type is semi-erect.Stolons are short,and tuber number per plant is 4.9.The tuber is oval,with yellow skin,light yellow flesh,shallow eyes,and a marketable tuber percentage exceeding 81.30%.The average yield of'Longshu 25'in the twoyear potato regional trials in Gansu Province was 2867 kg/667m^(2),36.29%more than the yield of control variety'LK99',which was 2104 kg/667m^(2)from 2019 to 2020.Tubers have a dry matter content of 21.80%,starch content of 15.22%,crude protein content of 2.49%,vitamin C content of 14.00 mg/100 g,and reducing sugar content of 0.06%.This variety shows high resistance to late blight,with strong drought and low-temperature tolerance.It is suitable for spring planting in Gansu Province,in the single-cropping region in northern and northwestern China and for early winter planting in Guangdong Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,in the double-cropping region in southern China.
