“三全育人”视域下高职院校工业产品质量检测技术专业劳动教育实效性的路径研究

Research on the Path to Enhancing the Effectiveness of Labor Education in the Industrial Product Quality Inspection Technology Major at Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of“Three-all Education”

摘要 “三全育人”作为新时代高等教育育人体系的核心理念,为高职院校劳动教育提质增效提供了重要指引。本文以工业产品质量检测技术专业为研究载体,结合该专业“精准检测、规范操作、责任担当”的职业特质,通过文献研究法、实地调研法与案例分析法,系统阐释“三全育人”视域下高职劳动教育的核心价值,剖析当前存在的全员协同不足、过程衔接断裂、场景覆盖单一等实效性困境,并从“全员联动、全程贯通、全方位融合”三个维度,构建适配工业产品质量检测技术专业的劳动教育实施路径。研究表明,只有将“三全育人”理念与专业人才培养目标深度绑定,才能培养出符合质量强国战略需求的“懂检测、守规范、爱劳动”的高素质技术技能人才,切实提升劳动教育实效性。 “Three-all Education”serves as the core concept of the higher education system in the new era,providing crucial guidance for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of labor education in vocational colleges.Taking the Industrial Product Quality Inspection Technology major as the research subject,this study combines the professional characteristics of“precise inspection,standardized operation,and responsibility”within this field.Through literature review,field research,and case analysis,it systematically elaborates on the core values of labor education from the perspective of“Three-all Education”,identifies practical challenges such as insufficient collaboration among all stakeholders,fragmented process integration,and limited scenario coverage,and proposes an implementation pathway for labor education tailored to the Industrial Product Quality Inspection Technology major.The study demonstrates that only by deeply integrating the“Three-all Education”philosophy with professional talent training objectives can high-quality technical and skilled talents who“understand inspection,adhere to standards,and embrace labor”be cultivated,effectively enhancing the practical efficacy of labor education.
