基于工匠精神、劳模精神培育的高职院校劳动教育课程建构初探——以婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业为例

摘要 在国家大力弘扬工匠精神、劳模精神和推动劳动教育的背景下,以工匠精神、劳模精神为指引,科学建设劳动教育课程具有重要的时代意义。通过探讨工匠精神、劳模精神与劳动教育的内在关联性,针对当前高职婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业劳动教育存在的产教融合程度不深、师资队伍建设不足、课程内容缺乏专业特色、课程评价体系不健全等困境,提出工匠精神和劳模精神视域下高职婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业劳动教育课程的建构路径,以提升劳动教育课堂育人实效。 Against the backdrop of the country vigorously promoting the spirit of craftsmanship and model workers,and advancing labor education,it is of great significance to scientifically construct labor education course guided by the spirit of craftsmanship and model workers.By exploring the inherent correlation between the spirit of craftsmanship,the spirit of model workers and labor education,this paper proposes a construction path for labor education course in higher vocational infant and child care service and management major from the perspective of spirit of craftsmanship and model workers,so as to improve the effectiveness of labor education classroom education,in response to the current difficulties in labor education in higher vocational infant and child care service and management major,such as insufficient integration of industry and education,insufficient construction of teaching staff,lack of professional characteristics in course content,and incomplete course evaluation system.
