新质生产力背景下高职食品检验检测技术专业人才培养模式构建策略

The Construction Strategy of Talent Training Mode of Food Inspection and Testing Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of New Productivity

摘要 在新质生产力背景下,高职食品检验检测技术专业面临数字化、智能化转型的挑战。探讨人才培养模式改革的必要性,指出传统模式难以满足产业升级和技术革新的需求。通过分析当前问题,提出优化培养目标、更新课程体系、强化实践教学、提升师资力量及深化校企合作等策略,旨在培养适应新质生产力要求的创新型、复合型技术人才,推动食品行业高质量发展。 Under the background of new quality productivity,the major of food inspection and testing technology in higher vocational colleges is facing the challenge of digital and intelligent transformation.This paper discussed the necessity of the reform of talent training mode,and pointed out that the traditional mode was difficult to meet the needs of industrial upgrading and technological innovation.By analyzing the current problems,this paper put forward some strategies,such as optimizing training objectives,updating curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,improving teachers'strength and deepening school-enterprise cooperation,so as to cultivate innovative and compound technical talents to meet the requirements of new quality productivity and promote the high-quality development of food industry.
