本文深入分析DeepSeek在商业银行的应用机理,详细探讨其在风险管理、客户服务、精准营销、运营管理等多方面应用场景。未来,DeepSeek将推动商业银行向智能化、数智化迈进,助力金融服务提质增效,但DeepSeek在商业银行的应用也面临技术安全风险、人才短缺、监管合规压力等挑战。本文提出的应对策略对商业银行合理应用数智大模型、改进金融科技能力、提升核心竞争力具有重要理论与实践指导意义。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of DeepSeek application in commercial banks,discusses in detail its application scenarios in multiple aspects such as risk management,customer service,precision marketing,and operation management.In the future,DeepSeek will drive commercial banks towards intelligence and innovation,enhance the quality and efficiency of financial services.However,it also faces challenges such as technical security risks,talent shortages,and regulatory compliance pressures.Maybe,the coping strategies proposed in this paper,have important theoretical and practical guiding significance for commercial banks to rationally apply large models and enhance their competitiveness.
