摘要
新质生产力的发展推动食品产业深度转型升级,对高职食品类专业人才的培养也提出了新要求。通过分析新质生产力对食品类专业人才的新要求、人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了人才培养优化策略,涵盖完善优化专业课程设置、提升“双师型”教师队伍水平、推进产教融合人才培养机制建设及构建多元化实践教学场景等4个方面。从新质生产力的视角,深化产教融合,实现高职食品类专业人才培养链与食品产业链的精准对接,可为食品产业的高质量发展培养出更多新质人才。
The development of new quality productivity promotes the deep transformation and upgrading of food industry,and also puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of food professionals in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the new requirements of new quality productivity for food professionals and the problems existing in the process of talent training,this paper put forward the optimization strategy of talent training,covering four aspects:perfecting and optimizing the professional curriculum,improving the level of“double-qualified”teachers,promoting the construction of talent training mechanism integrating production and education,and constructing diversified practical teaching scenarios.From the perspective of new quality productivity,the aim was to deepen the integration of production and education,realized the precise docking between the training chain of food professionals in higher vocational colleges and the food industry chain,and cultivate more new quality talents for the high-quality development of the food industry.
