摘要
目的探究气候变化对甘松适生区分布的影响,为制定保护策略并探索可持续利用路径提供参考。方法基于甘松当前气候条件下样点分布和环境因子数据,筛选影响其分布的主要环境因子,利用最大熵模型模拟当前及未来不同气候情景(SSP1-2.6、SSP3-7.0和SSP5-8.5)下我国甘松适生区变化。结果影响甘松适生区分布的主要环境因子为等温性、海拔、年均降水量、最干燥月份降水量和昼夜温差月均值。当前气候条件下,甘松的适生区主要集中在青藏高原东南部,高适生区面积为16.45×104km。未来气候情景下,甘松适生区面积呈缩减趋势。其中SSP1-2.6和SSP3-7.0情景下,适生区质心向东北方向迁移;SSP5-8.5情景下,质心向东南方向迁移。未来适生区质心主要集中在西藏自治区(贡觉县、芒康县)与四川省(白玉县、巴塘县)交界地区。结论本研究分析的影响甘松分布的主要环境因子、适生区及变化趋势可为甘松保护策略制定与探索其资源的可持续利用路径提供参考。
Objective To explore the effects of climate change on the distribution of suitable habitats of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.;To provide references for formulating protection strategies and exploring sustainable utilization paths.Methods Based on the current distribution data and environmental variables of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.,the dominant environmental factors were screened out,the MaxEnt model was used to simulate the changes of suitable habitats in China under current and future climate change scenarios(SSP1-2.6,SSP3-7.0 and SSP5-8.5).Results The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of suitable habitats of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.were isothermal property,altitude,average annual precipitation,precipitation in the driest month and monthly mean temperature difference between day and night.Under the current climate condition,the suitable area of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.is mainly concentrated in the southeast of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and the area of the high suitable area is 16.45×10^(4)km^(2).Under the future climate scenario,the suitable habitat of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.shows a decreasing trend.In the SSP1-2.6 and SSP3-7.0 scenarios,the centroid of the suitable habitats migrates to the northeast;in the SSP5-8.5 scenario,the centroid migrates to the southeast.In the future,the centroid of the suitable area is mainly concentrated in the border area of Xizang Autonomous Region(Gongjue County and Mangkang County)and Sichuan Province(Baiyu County and Batang County).Conclusion The main environmental factors,suitable areas and change trends that affect the distribution of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.analyzed in this study can provide references for the formulation of protection strategies of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.and the exploring of sustainable utilization of its resources.
